Regular readers will know that I have been loving the SlimFast 3-2-1 plan since I first tried it nearly two years ago. It fits so well into my day to day routine and I not only lost weight following the plan but got into better eating habits with it and reduced my portion sizes too. I got down to my goal weight and was even part of the SlimFast choir with Alexandra Burke at the start of the year.

If you haven’t followed the 3-2-1 plan before it’s great – it’s a mixture of meal replacement products – shakes and meal bars – as well as a nutritious 600 calorie meal for dinner and healthy snacks through the day. It lets me still have a family meal in the evening and fits so well around family life.

But now that the summer holiday dieting season is over, we’re all back to school and the days are getting longer and colder I know how easy it is to fall off the healthy eating wagon in favour of comfort food and snacks. So, to keep me on the right path this month and to help inspire you to do the same I am helping to host the SlimFast Breakfast Club this week over on Twitter.

The SlimFast Breakfast Club is running every Wednesday morning throughout September and it’s the perfect opportunity to chat about your own weight loss story and goals, to find food and diet inspiration from others and really to make sure you start your day off the right way.

    Ohhh I will try to be. Sunday have a much bigger range since I used to use it when I was a bit younger!

    What a great idea. When the cold weather hits I reach for the heavy carb based foods and chocolate! Bye bye diet. Good that you can still eat with the family on this too x

    Oh this sounds great, I’ve actually been looking for the right programme to join that lets me have time with the family but also to lose a little weight. The summer was far too indulgent but now it’s colder and I just want to eat all the carbs! Xx

    I started SlimFast over the summer and it worked great but I’ve fallen off the wagon since so will need to get back into the routine! Its changed so much from when I tried them before – so much more variety and I really enjoy their 600 cal recipes on their website too. They’ve all been really tasty.

    I’m currently on a weight loss journey and have never tried SlimFast but I would love to give it a try. I like things that are easy to fit into your day and it seems like SlimFast offers that ease. You look amazing Donna. Will try and join in on Twitter šŸ™‚

    I love Slimfast shakes, they are so delicious and if I have the chocolate one, it keeps my chocolate cravings at bay!
