This month, Aigle, the iconic French, are bringing their very first TV commercial which embraces the brands core values – French But Wild. If you haven’t heard of Aigle, go and check them out – it will make you want to get straight outside!
The Aigle film begins in a garden, on a Sunday afternoon like any other, where three friends start a game of badminton. With each move of the racquet they follow the shuttlecock and find themselves in a series of spectacular landscapes and up to the wildest summits. The movie has a soundtrack of French Cancan music and the whole feel combines elegance with humour
The video sums up the Aigle brand perfectly. Aigle have collections designed to face the elements and turn a blind eye to harsh weather conditions. They help people to achieve their aspirations of a life full of sensations, where everything is possible and Aigle has always had nature-centric values and their new video manages to truly encapsulate that.
Aigle launched over 160 years ago, creating waterproof rubber boots with a traditional, long lasting design. Now, as well as those classic boots, Aigle offer a wide range of outerwear for the whole family – so you know you can kit everyone out, head to tow, in products that will stand up to not only the changing seasons but also the busy lives of both adults and children.
Take a look at Aigle’s video for yourself:
For me, the video was beautiful to watch and, although it didn’t have any words – just music, it told a perfect story. One where you can have so many adventures, whatever the weather, just by grabbing some friends and heading outside. It made me want to throw on my coat, help the children put their wellies on and head to the beach, the forest or even just the park. Somewhere where we could tun, laugh and have some fun – outside and together.
To celebrate the launch of the new TV advert, Aigle are giving away a fantastic trip too. Make sure you enter the giveaway over on Instagram – take a look at the new video and leave a comment on their Instagram post sharing your favourite landscape, where you would love to visit. Tag a friend to travel with and make sure you’re following Aigle too – good luck! It closes on 8th October – so be quick!
