A Family Meal Night with Chicago Town

We are big fans of pizza in our house – with LP making sure that every time we have pizza she’s able to have her favourite – Pepperoni. We often eat out at Italian restaurants because we know that the children will always eat pizza, it’s a fail safe for us. But when we don’t have plans to go out we buy Chicago Town pizzas to recreate that pizza restaurant feel at home.

Chicago Town pizzas taste just like ones you would get from a pizza restaurant – a crisp base, not too crisp crust, stuffed crust options, a sauce full of flavour and so many toppings. They’re perfect for us. Some of my favourite dinners for the family – and often friends too – are the ones where we cook a selection of pizzas, throw together a salad and gather round for a really social meal, helping ourselves to slices from the pizzas in the middle of the table.

The children love this style of dinner, being able to choose their favourite slice of pizza and being able to serve themselves. It makes them feel grown up and gives them independence when it comes to choosing portion sizes and exactly what they want to eat too.

Although LP loves Pepperoni pizza, Chicago Town have a whole range of new flavours and even she was willing to try them. They include the Limited Edition The Takeaway Pulled Beef Brisket, American Hot, Four Cheese and Cajun Chicken varieties as well as the new Deep Dish Meatball Melt, Deep Dish Mega Meaty and Pizza Melt BBQ Chicken.

We always have Deep Dish pizzas and Pizza Melts in the freezer as they’re perfect for a quick meal – especially with Hubby working shifts but we save the full size pizzas for dinner – as a family, with friends or just Hubby and I, watching a movie and eating a pizza.

We’ve loved trying the new Chicago Town flavours – and the Four Cheese was a clear favourite. I know that Chicago Town will be a feature in our freezer indefinitely – they’re so handy to have and so quick to cook. plus they taste just like restaurant pizzas for a fraction of the cost.

I’m also loving Chicago Town’s new TV advert. have you seen it yet? Watch this and I am sure you will get in the mood for summer – and pizza!

I need pizza in my life! I can not wait until after the wedding when I will literally pig out on all things naughty, pizza included. It’s also one of the only things Toby will eat, so I think I might have to get some four cheese in my freezer for me.. I mean him! x

I never used to be a fan of pizza, but since working in a seafood/pizzeria restaurant and eating pizza every shift I’ve come to enjoy it more. These look delicious especially the pepperoni one so I’ll defintiely be picking some up when I’m next in the supermarket! Pizza meals are so quick and easy! x

We love the Chicago Town pizza’s here. Especially the stuffed crust one’s.
They are a quick to make and are a lot cheaper than buying a takeaway.

That takes me back; my pregnancy craving with Lily was Chicago town pizza the little mini ones but they HAD to be served burnt and with ketchup or I wouldn’t eat them – obviously I eat them perfectly normally now!! x

Those little melt ones look great and I should get them for the freezer for those times when you are running late and need to quickly just pop something in the oven. We love pizza in our house x

We all love pizza in this house other than H, who prefers to have crumpets if we have pizza… he also doesn’t eat Cornish pasties, strange child πŸ˜‰ Four cheese is one of my faves.
