Every Mum needs a little break away every so often so when I heard about the Holiday Inn Mummymoon package it was something I just had to try. I was invited to the Holiday Inn Oxford along with my lovely friend Natalie to review the Mummymoon and we couldn’t wait to have some time out and relax.

Premier Inn – Portland Street, Manchester Review

Disclosure: We were invited on this break for the purpose of this review however all opinions are my own.

Last weekend I flew to Manchester for the annual Blog On conference and was invited to stay at the Premier Inn on Portland Street for two nights whilst I was there. Portland Street is really accessible and easy to find, being one of the main streets in Manchester City Centre but the Premier Inn is quite unassuming, just one small door leading into the reception area.

A Night at The Falcon Hotel – Painswick Review

Disclosure: We were invited on this break for the purpose of this review however all opinions are my own.

We love exploring new parts of the country and staying at family friendly accomodation options along the way. Last weekend we were invited to stay at The Falcon Hotel in Painswick. It’s in the heart of The Cotswolds, one of my favourite parts of the country. The village is beautiful and The Falcon couldn’t be easier to find, situated opposite a beautiful church. The Falcon has a really good size car park on site making it really accessible.

Last week we drove to Scotland for a holiday. None of us had really been to Scotland before and so when searching for self catering accommodation we wanted somewhere that would be a good base for exploring some of the country as well as not being a million miles from our friends in Stirling, Fife and Aberdeen. We found Forbes of Kingennie Country Resort and it looked perfect for what we needed.

We had been planning a festive weekend in London for quite a few months when Apex invited us to stay with them at their City of London hotel. The hotel is well situated for the Tower of London, St Paul’s Cathedral and everything along the Thames.

A Cosy Review: Weekend at the Maytime Inn – Asthall, Oxfordshire

Disclosure: We were invited on this break for the purpose of this review however all opinions are my own.

Due to having a young family as well as both working shifts around each other, Dave and I don’t often get time alone together, especially not overnight so when The Maytime Inn invited us to stay with them for a weekend I was really looking forward to it. The Maytime Inn is situated in a really beautiful and quiet village in the cotswolds.

To break up the journey Novotel invited us to stay with them at their Novotel Milton Keynes hotel and it was perfectly situated for our trip.
