Back in October LP and I were challenged to get cooking with Primula cheese and came up with our Squeezy Cheese & Ham Primula Pasta as part of their Back To School Squeeze competition. A few weeks later I had a very exciting email to tell us that LP had won the competition with the dish and that she was going to be the newest member of Primula’s Cheese Board of Directors!
