Review: Valley Mill Wax Candle Melts

A couple of months ago I was lucky enough to review some beautiful soaps and a candle from Valley Mill. Since then they have started to make Soy Wax Melts that are a great alternative to a traditional candle and something that fits so nicely into their range.

The Valley Mill Soy Wax Melts come in a really lovely range of seasonal scents and come in packs of 5 melts, each one burning for approx 12 hours. The Soy Wax Melts smell lovely in the box and once placed on a burner they make the whole house smell lovely too. The scent really carries and lasts long after the candle has been blown out.

We really loved the Mixed Berries fragrance and it made our home smell like winter berries, fruity and homely. I think going forward this will be our smell of the season!

All Valley Mill candles and Soy Wax Melts are handmade in Wales and come in beautiful, recycled packaging. If you love candles they would be a great purchase but they’d be equally as lovely as a gift as even the outer packaging when they arrive is lovely too!

The Soy Wax Melts are hand poured and come in a beautiful cog design that is also the Valley Mill logo. The melts look and smell really nice and they are a lot more attractive than other plain wax melts and can be used on any burner.

The Valley Mill Soy Wax melts have an RRP of Β£6.25

Disclosure: I was sent the above products for the purpose of this review however all opinions are my own.

  1. Roast Chestnuts- It would remind me of being in my twenties in Tottenham Court Road in London when around Christmas time I would buy a bag from the hot chestnut street sellers after work!
