Although LP has now been potty trained for over a year she still wear nappies at night and still uses a trainer seat on the toilet and I don’t see this changing anytime soon. OXO Tot have just launched their new Sit Right Toilet Trainer Seat and I was keen to see how it compared to others we have tried and whether LP would like it.
The OXO Tot Sit Right Toilet Trainer seat is made from one piece of moulded plastic making it easy to clean. IIt has a high shield to stop any splashes and the sitting angle is just right for LP.
There is a non slip edge around the base of the Sit Right Toilet Trainer Seat to stop it moving and to keep it stable. It is marketed as fitting virtually any toilet seat but unfortunately I think our toilet is in the minority as it doesn’t ft quite right and does wobble quite a lot. This isn’t really something you can check before buying the Sit Right Toilet Trainer Seat.
The handles on the sides of the Sit Right Toilet Trainer Seat make it easy to put on and take off the toilet and are comfortable for LP to hold whilst using the toilet. The seat is also light enough for her to put it on and take it off the toilet herself. The Sit Right Toilet Trainer Seat also has a non slip base so it can stand neatly out of the way when not in use.
The OXO Tot Sit Right Toilet Trainer Seat has an RRP of £15
