Review: Meadow Kids Build A Fire Engine

It’s always exciting for the children and I when we receive a new Meadow Kids delivery and our latest review, meant for Little Man, was a complete hit with LP, showing how much longevity Meadow Kids products have.

Review: Meadow Kids Build A Fire Engine

The Meadow Kids Build a Fire Engine is aimed at age 12 months and upwards. It is a truck made of foam pieces that easily slot together like a 3D jigsaw. The Build A Fire Engine set comes ready build in a handy storage bag and has two foam firemen to accompany it.

The Build A Fire Engine set is aimed at bath time play but LP has loved playing with it both in and out of the bath – it’s a really versatile toy that would be fantastic played with in any setting and I can imagine it being great for in the paddling pool over the summer.

As with all Meadow Kids products, the foam jigsaw pieces of the Build A Fire Engine are well made and long lasting. Once constructed the Meadow Kids Fire Engine is sturdy and the wheels turn with a little help making it just like any other vehicle toy – except you get to put it together yourself. The addition of the two firemen figures make it great to act out storied and add more play value that having just a truck.

Both LP and Little Man love this toy although LP has taken ownership of it. It would make a great gift for both boys and girls and would be fantastic even if you’re not intending for it to be played with in the bath. As with most Meadow Kids toys the addition of the storage bag is really helpful – especially if the pieces have been used in the bath.
