Pink Lady Snackisfaction Giveaway!

What do you like to snack on? For me it depends on my mood, what we have in the house and whether I’m focusing on eating healthier at that specific time. I’ll often eat fruit, berries and yogurt or a cereal bar if I’m on the go. Crisps are a bit of a weakness of mine and I’ll no longer have biscuits in the house as they are far too easy to snack on!

Pink Lady have done some research recently into the most satisfying things to nibble on – the ones that give the most snackisfaction – and have created this great infographic that shows the best things to reach for when you are feeling most peckish.

The research shows that interestingly many of us feel guilty, bored and uninspired by our regular snack options. Almost half of the people who snacked on crisps and shortbread biscuits said they felt guilty about it, whilst more chocolate snackers said they felt guilty about it than those who were pleased and satisfied by their milk chocolate choice. Pink Lady apples were revealed to be the most snackisfying choice thanks to their unique combination of positive attributes including flavour appearance and healthiness.

  1. Reluctantly posting this as everyone else’s snacks are so healthy but my favorite snack is a Double Decker.

  2. cream crackers with dairylea if im being naughty , if im being good strawberries raspberries with a yogurt mixed in .

  3. Oooh lush, pink ladies are my favourite apple (though Honey Crunch come a very close second!)
    I try to snack healthily…but confess that sometimes chocolate biscuits sneak in more often then fruit…

  4. Nuts of all descriptions – pecans, walnuts, Brazil nuts, salted peanuts – just love them to bits!

  5. Usually biscuits but nowadays as I am on Slimming World baked chickpeas with canderel and cinammon (they are not that bad)

  6. Usually try for fruit, but the biscuit tin is next to it so normally end up with a couple of Rich Tea biscuits instead.

  7. I don’t have one favourite, it depends what mood I’m in! Chocolate, crisps, biscuits, brazil nuts, cream crackers and apple are just some of my top ones!

    Really craving apple and peanut butter after reading this though….how long til elevenses? 🙂

  8. My FAVOURITE snack is chocolate but my favourite apple is definitely the Pink Lady. Too many guilt feelings where chocolate is concerned
