Review: Peter Rabbit Tales of the Start of Spring DVD

One of LP’s favourite TV shows is Peter Rabbit, ever since she got her Peter Rabbit cuddly toys last year and we introduced her to the show. We love watching Peter Rabbit as a family as it reminds me of reading the Beatrix Potter tales myself as a child and Little Man loves all the bright colours and animal characters.

We were sent the new Peter Rabbit Tales of the Start of Spring DVD to review and LP has requested to watch it every day since. The DVD consists of 8 episodes, each one being around 10 minutes long which is a great length to keep LP’s attention. There’s also a ‘Play All’ option on the disc that is always appreciated!

The new DVD follows Peter and his friends Benjamin Bunny and Lily Bobtail on their adventures as they encounter real dangers, overcome obstacles and outsmart predators, whilst finding fun and excitement in the most unexpected places.

With a taste for radishes and a thirst for adventure Peter Rabbit is the lovable and extraordinary friend you longed to hang out with when you were a kid. But when the chips are down and danger lurks, there’s no better friend to have around than Peter and his boundless courage will always see him through. Peter has an infectious enthusiasm for life and is also an irrepressible optimist. He is cool under pressure and his quick-witted mind is as nimble as his super-fast legs. The new collection also features a free Hop Outside insert with outdoor activities for children which is a great addition.

Peter Rabbit Tales of the Start of Spring has an RRP of £7.25

Disclosure: We were sent the above product for the purpose of this review however all opinions are my own.
