Mr Tumble’s Christmas Party Album Review and Giveaway!

LP and Little Man think it’s Christmas already as we were sent a pre-release copy of Mr Tumble’s Christmas Party to review – ready for it’s release on 4th November. Mr Tumble, Star of the CBeebies show Something Special, will definitely be brightening up the festive season and making Christmas celebrations even more magical for children and parents alike with this fantastic new album.

I don’t know about you but we love listening to Christmas music in the run up to Christmas and Mr Tumble’s Christmas Party is the perfect thing for any family through the festive season. The album contains brand new studio recordings of twenty well known classic Christmas songs – all with a Mr Tumble twist.

CBeebies’ Mr Tumble, the Justin Fletcher character, regularly plays to live audiences across the country and is one of the biggest and most well-known celebrities for pre-school children – LP and Little Man would recognise him anywhere and so having him sing their favourite Christmas songs couldn’t have been any more exciting for them.

The children loved listening to Do You Wanna Build a Snowman – the Frozen classic – as well as favourites like Jingle Bells, Winter Wonderland and 12 Days of Christmas. Usually with any Christmas album there are a few tracks you skip through or mumble as no-one really knows them but this album is guaranteed to get everyone singing along.

I have got a copy of Mr Tumble’s Christmas Party Album to give away to one lucky reader. If you’d like to have you own copy of the album soon after it’s release just complete one or more entries on the Rafflecopter below. Good luck!

  1. My favourite Xmas song is a little melancholy but then again a lot of them are as we all get very reflective at that time of year…it’s ‘I Believe in Father Christmas’ by Greg Lake. People mostly remember the iconic melody but the actual lyrics are spot on for me. For kids you can’t beat a bit of Slade to get you up dancing though. x

  2. I love Stay Another Day East 17. It reminds me of a sleepover I had with my girlfriends of the time in our last year t high school. This song came on and we did a conga down the street in our pjs. It still reminds me of that now, 21 years later

  3. my favourite Christmas song is little drummer boy and Rudolph the red nose reindeer, my 19 month old grand daughter would be mad for this she loves mr Tumble, fingers crossed for me and good luck to everyone.

  4. Mine has got to be Man With The Bag. Ive been singing it all day. I would love this c.d for my daughter. Thank you for the giveaway.

  5. We always listen to Dr Demento’s Greatest Christmas Novelty songs when decorating the tree, which has lots of classics such as “Grandma got run over by a reindeer” and “All I want for Christmas is my 2 front teeth”. My favourite is Allan Sherman’s version of “The 12 Days of Christmas”, where the unlucky recipient gets a whole raft of awful gifts. Even though I’ve heard it dozens of times, it always cracks me up, especially his one-liners in between the verses.
