Living Arrows – 21/52

Here we are with another week of Living Arrows! If you haven’t joined in before, Living Arrows is about celebrating childhood. The project originally took it’s name from a poem by Kahlil Gibran, “You are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forth” and every Monday we share a moment from our week and invite others to do the same as part of this linky.

Each week I share two pictures from our week – one of each of our children – but you can share one or more pictures that capture a moment of childhood. The following week I’ll share my three favourite photos from the week before, linking back to the owner’s blogs.

So if you would like to link up, grab a badge and post around a photo of childhood from the previous week. I look forward to reading your posts and make sure you visit a few of the other posts that have linked up and leave a comment too!

This week’s photos were both taken at home, in moments of down time. LP loves playing games on her tablet and gets lost in it for the hour we allow her, before it tells her that she’s had enough for the day.  I love her concentration face and the places she chooses to sit with it, on the floor mostly.

Little Man asked for little scotch eggs as a snack but instead of eating them he carried them around the room with him for most of the afternoon. I love how his socks match the rug in this photo and how protective he is of those precious eggs.

  3. Lovely selection of photos this week, thanks for hosting. Love Little Man carrying around his scotch eggs, Lyra does this too but only with carrots and potatoes for some reason! I’d love a little glimpse into their minds sometimes x
