Review: Infruition

For literally years now I have been trying to drink more water but I have never been able to get to grips with drinking water throughout the day. When I started my health kick at the beginning of July, and decided that something had to change, drinking more water was one of the main things for me to focus on. At the same time, Infruition sent us some of their water bottles to see if that would make water a bit more exciting for us and help us to drink more water.

The Infruition bottles have a chamber in the centre that you fill with fruit – and vegetables – that then infuse the water with flavour. The chamber is a good size and holds a lot of fruit and we had great fun putting some recipes together to use in the bottles – there are plenty on the Infruition website too.

The bottles hold 700ml of water so are a great size and the ones we were using – Infruition Sport – come with a handy pop up carry handle to make them great to use on the go. The valve on the bottles did make drinking quite hard work but I found the more I used the bottles the looser the valves became which was a more enjoyable experience.

It’s been great to drink more water – especially as I want to drink more now although finding the right flavour combinations has been interesting – I know that cucumber water really isn’t the thing for me! Although citrus flavours work really well and so does kiwi!

When at work or out and about – even just around the house – I automatically reach for the kettle or fizzy drinks and although sugar free I know they are not very good for me. Drinking water has made me feel healthier instantly and I have definitely been drinking more water since starting to use my Infruition bottles. I can’t wait for Infruition to being out a child size bottle so that the children can have fruity water too – they had a great time trying mine!

Infruition bottles have an RRP of £15.99 and come in a range of colours.

Disclosure: We were sent the above products for the purpose of this review however all opinions are my own.

  1. Would love one of these, I am the same, want to try and drink more water, this would encourage me more, I would use a berry combo of fruit

  2. I’d love to give strawberries and lemon a go! Would be fantastic for me as I really struggle to enjoy drinking water xx

  3. Strawberries, raspberries, blackcurrants, cucumber, apple.. I’d try loads of different ones and combinations. This would be a nice alternative to the flavoured bottled waters I buy currently.

  4. I’d like to try strawberry banana, but I’m not sure if the bananas would hold up. So maybe strawberry mint mango.

  5. My goal is to be fit by my birthday in November and to reach this goal, I’m attempting to drink at least 64 oz of water a day. This water bottle would be the perfect motivation to reach optimal hydration daily! Thanks for hosting the giveaway!!

  6. I have a real issue with drinking unflavoured water so this is ideal! I have been trying to drink more water though as I think I was making certain issues worse by drinking and eating badly. I have recently taken to smoothies and I found that kiwi is a great fruit in them too. A natural sweetener. So perhaps kiwi, mango and apple or an assortment of berries. This would really help me out. I never even thought that something like this was out there.

  7. Hmmm, lemon and lime seems the first one that should be tried, I think my daughter would like strawberries and raspberries though!

  8. Lemon & lime or strawberries & blueberries 🙂 I don’t like water usually have to force myself to drink so this is fab
