I love Ella’s Kitchen finger foods and snacks. They have been staples in our cupboard and change bag since the children started weaning and they’re products we will keep buying for a long time to come. When Ella’s Kitchen told us about their new snacking range I couldn’t wait to see what LP and Little Man thought of them.
The range comprises ten different snacks with different textures and flavours and are aimed at adventurous toddlers. The whole range contains no added refined sugar or salt, no concentrates and no additives or colourings. I love how natural and healthy these snacks are and the variety is fantastic!
We were sent a jar of Carrot and Cumin Multigrain Nibbles which came in a great resealable pack. This is a great plus point to me with any toddler food item – They can never eat a whole pack in one sitting so anything that stores easily is great! The Ella’s Kitchen Oat and Spelt Cookies also came in a resealable pack and both the cookies and nibbles were a great size for little fingers.
We were also sent Carrot and Lentil Sticks, Cheddar and Leek Wheels and Parsnip and Poppy Seed Cracker Bites. All of these came in individual packets for one snack session and although LP or Little Man would struggle to eat a whole bag in one go, between them they are the perfect size for snacking.
Overall the children loved the new Ella’s Kitchen snacks and they enjoyed the new flavours. I love the fact that they contain ingredients that aren’t as common in children’s food products – poppy seeds, lentils and spelt for example to give them a little something extra for their diet.
Ella’s Kitchen also transformed Hyde Park’s iconic Speakers’ Corner into the first ever ‘Little’ Speakers’ Corner, as talkative toddlers took over and had their chance to speak up and be heard.
Equipped with megaphones, flags and placards, Ella’s Kitchen encouraged little ones to stand on their toy boxes to have a series of tiny toddler debates; shouting about what really mattered to them at the iconic debating spot.
