Review: Degustabox {August}

I always get excited towards the end of the month when my Degustabox is due. I get an email and text message to tell me when it will arrive, down to the exact hour, and they always listen to my alternative delivery instructions too. The box arrives and opening it is like Christmas – a well packaged box of surprises each month – for only £12.99!

You see, degustabox is my favourite subscription service delivering a box of food and drink related products to my door every month. It introduces me to new products or ones I may not be familiar with or had a chance to experience before.

This month’s box may be one of my favourites so far. It included:

  • 3 x Dr Oetker Mug Cakes – RRP £4.11 total
  • Life Tonics – RRP £1.49
  • 2 x Ryvita = RRP £2.88 total
  • Bahlsen Pick Up! and Choco Leibniz White – RRP £3.48 total
  • Barilla Penne Rigate and Arrabiata – RRP £3.50 total
  • 4 x Walkers Biscuits – RRP £2.00 total
  • 2 x Primal Pantry Bars – RRP £2.98 total
  • Scheckters – RRP £1.45

As you can see, the value of this box is around £22, a lot higher than the £12.99 subscription price. It also had a couple of extra treats thrown in on top of the products in the subscription and the whole thing is just such great value for money.

This month’s Degustabox had a great mix of ingredients, treats and drinks with something for everyone. I especially enjoyed the pasta and sauce – great to have a whole meal included in this month’s Degustabox and both us and the children really enjoyed it.

You can get £3.00 off your first box over on the Degustabox website by using code NW3GK.
